Rail Vision is a vibrant and fast-growing multidisciplinary startup headquartered in Ra'anana. We utilize the latest Artificial Intelligence and Electro Optics technologies and develop lifesaving, vision systems for the global railway market.
We are looking for a high-performing, self-driven, creative Marketing and communication (Marcom)Manager to join our team to manage our marketing activities Please note, that this position is to replace someone on maternity leave for a 6-8 month period,
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute the company market strategy in the social media ,trade shows and events
- Maintain the online exposure
- Maximize company exposure, promote our product offerings, and drive bottom-line results
- Support the sales team to develop and drive results-oriented pipeline goals
- Own analysis of marketing campaign performance, web, and digital assets, as well as a reporting framework for weekly, monthly and quarterly results and goal attainment
- Produce high quality marketing materials such as brochures , Power point PPT, and other commercial products
- Lead SEO efforts, and continuously optimize for rank and keywords searches
- Introduce new tools, to improve on email marketing and SEO
- Work constantly to optimize the website for SEO
- Mange , define and create compelling social media and blog content, and execute on publishing
- Manage global marketing campaigns across various PPC channels simultaneously: LinkedIn, Twitter, Google, Youtube and Facebook while meeting business KPIs.
Requirements
· +5 years of experience in digital marketing in a tech company
· Professional English speaker
· Bachelor's degree required; marketing concentration preferred
· At least 5 years trade show experience, advanced knowledge of B2B high-tech trade show strategies and tactics preferred
· Proven experience defining, conceptualizing and executing a successful event, leveraging strategic thinking, excellent organization skills and superior project management capabilities
· Exceptional budget management and negotiation skills, with proven success in identifying, proposing, negotiating and implementing cost-savings opportunities
· Strong relationship-building and excellent customer service skills
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Creative, natural leader with strong judgment skills and business sense
· Resourceful, self-starter that works best in a team environment
· Ability to succeed in a fast-paced setting with competing and ever-changing tasks. Sense of urgency and strong work ethic a must. Willing to roll up their sleeves and do what it takes to get the job done.
· Experience with Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn content management
· Familiarity with analytics, tag manager, search console, google business
